So what did Adobe include in this new version of photoshop ?
Simply they added easy, smart, and more powerful tools like :

• Smart Sharpen 

This is the most Advanced sharpening technology ever made , analysing images to maximize their clarity and reduce their noise Allowing photographers to improve their photography in such a smart way .

• Intelligent upsampling 

To Enlarge images for great prints without reducing the sharpness taking care of a lower noise presence .

• Extended features included 

The features that was only for extended versions in the past Photoshop Releases is now available in photoshop CC  such as 3D editing .

• Camera Raw 8 and Layer Support

Now camera Raw can edit any layer as any filter does , "And with new Adobe® Camera Raw 8, you get more precise ways to heal images, fix perspective distortions, and create vignettes." -Adobe

• Editable rounded rectangle 

For ¨Photoshop CC Adobe added a great feature allowing designers to create Rounded rectangle shapes what was absent in the past versions
